Cast Iron
By hand moulded casting is meant that the basis for casting: cores and mould are made by skilled manual labour.
Moulders undergo a 3,5 year apprenticeship after which they are generally offered full employment. This ensures a skilled and stable workforce which benefits the foundry and ultimately our customers.
Our two most experienced moulders have over 80 years of employment in our foundry, between them. This mixture of experience and freshly trained staff ensures the foundrys capabilities to take on complicated castings and satisfy our customers demands.
Nodular iron and high duty cast iron have ductility and strength which fully corresponds to steel. The use of patterns and cores enable a superior design to clumsy welded steel solutions. The Casting are based on the customers patterns, small and medium-sized series.
Rough or machined parts - depending on the customers demands - with all necessary documentation of aftercare and quality control.
