Sabro A/S has a pattern workshop of its own where patterns can be altered, improved and maintained. Patterns can be made of wood, plastic aluminum or even plystyrene for one off castings. Production of new patterns takes place in cooperation with external workshop all over Europe.
Cores are made of cold box, furan-bonded sand or oil sand.
Grades of the castings:
- Nodular iron: EN GJS350 - EN GJS800
- Grey iron: EN GJL200 - EN GJL350
- Together with a series of special grades.
